Warranty Policy

Every new SINOLIFT equipment is covered by a limited warranty.
for eighteen (18) months or 2000 hours, whichever comes first, from the B/L date, on the frame, transmission, weldments transistor control components, traction motor, lift motor, hydraulic pump, charger, wiring harness assy, hydraulic hoses, power steering components, cylinder packing, bearings, springs, and control cables; for six(6) months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first, from the B/L date on maintenance items which include motor brushes, contact tips, switches, and other components not previously covered, which usually called "easy-going" parts but not tires. Warranty is permanently void on equipment if flagrant misuse, natural disasters resulting in damage to equipment, salvage title, used in corrosive conditions or excessive moisture. Warranty is permanently void on equipment if no regular maintenance is recorded by SINOLIFT authorized dealer. Warranty does not cover maintenance items, including but not limited to lubricating grease and oils, filters, or minor adjustments, or any items which show evidence of neglect, overload, abuse, accident, or inadequate maintenance. It is the equipment owner’s responsibility to maintain it in accordance with SINOLIFT’s recommended schedule of maintenance, as outlined in the operator’s manual. Industrial batteries and chargers other than those regularly supplied by SINOLIFT will carry the terms of the manufacturer. Except for the removal of defective parts and replacement with parts supplied by SINOLIFT, the warranty for any part or equipment will be void if an attempt is made by anyone to alter, repair, disassemble, or add additional components or devices to the truck without the express written authority of SINOLIFT. Before warranty can be considered , a warranty registration and installation form must be completed and received by SINOLIFT. To obtain the best service from SINOLIFT authorized dealer, read the operating & maintenance sections of your operator’s manual before initial use. You may be eligible to purchase full coverage or additional protection coverage for up to an additional 2 years . Please contact authorized SINOLIFT dealer to get more information. SINOLIFT DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSILITY or LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL or SPECIAL DAMAGES or FOR LOSS OF PROFIT or DAMAGE TO TRADE or BUSINESS, WHICH RESULTS FROM THE EQUIPMENT.
