Bespoke 200 kg Electric Stacker with Custom Lifting Platform

A Compact Material-Lifting Solution for Non-Palletised Loads

Standard pallet stackers are designed primarily for handling loads supported by pallets or fork-entry bases. However, many production environments require the lifting of components, containers, tooling or equipment that cannot be safely supported by conventional forks.

To address this requirement, SINOLIFT developed a bespoke electric stacker featuring a purpose-built flat lifting platform.

The customised unit, model E200T-48U-00-000, has a rated lifting capacity of 200 kg and uses a two-stage mast configuration. Instead of standard forks, the machine is equipped with a large platform measuring approximately 480 × 605 mm, providing a stable support surface for non-palletised materials.

The Customer Challenge

The application required a lifting solution capable of:

• Handling a non-standard load without a pallet;
• Raising the load to an elevated workstation or processing position;
• Operating within a restricted production area;
• Providing better load support than conventional forks;
• Reducing manual lifting and repeated material transfers.

An off-the-shelf stacker could provide the required lifting force, but its fork configuration was not suitable for the shape and support requirements of the customer’s load.

The Bespoke SINOLIFT Solution

SINOLIFT redesigned the load interface by replacing the conventional forks with a custom flat platform.

The platform creates a larger and more stable contact area, allowing components, containers or dedicated fixtures to be positioned directly on the lifting surface. The platform can also be adapted with locating points, retaining structures or specialised tooling according to the final application.

The two-stage mast provides a lifting height of approximately 2250 mm, while the machine maintains a compact overall length of approximately 890 mm. This combination allows the stacker to reach elevated working positions without occupying excessive floor space.

Electric lifting reduces the physical effort required from the operator, while the surrounding push handle supports controlled manual positioning within the working area.

By combining a compact mobile chassis, powered lifting and a customised platform, the solution is designed to support more efficient workstation feeding, assembly-line handling, equipment maintenance and component positioning.

Rather than forcing the customer’s process to fit a standard stacker, SINOLIFT adapted the stacker to fit the customer’s process.
