Lock drum in vertical position to prevent spills while transporting, or in horizontal position to dispense. Also move a drum to and from pallets.2. Quickly lift, move and dispense a heavy drum,
3. Standard unit with gear reduction and the Stop brake. Adds gears for easy rotation and controlled dumping.
